Is there a worry of leaning on sifrei kodesh like leaning your left elbow on the book while doing something else with your right hand?

Rema 282:7 writes that it is assur to put a sefer Torah on your lap and rest your elbows on it. This is the source for not allowing people to use sifrei Torah as an elbow rest.
