Questions pertaining to Kashering, the process of making a kitchen or utensils Kosher and therefore fit for use.

As Jews we have a halachic obligation to ensure that we have a Kosher diet. If the kitchen we cook in or the utensils we use are not kosher i.e. they have been used to prepare non-Kosher items, there exists the ability to 'kasher' them and thereby make them fit for purpose.
