The country of Egypt (Hebrew: מִצְרַיִם - Mitzrayim) - first appearing in the Torah in Bereishis 10:6, Mitzrayim was a descendant of Cham (the son of Noach). The country and particularly it rulers (Paroh / פרעה / Pharoah) feature several times in Bereishis and Shemos.
