A song just popped into my head rather randomly about half an hour ago. I "learned" it years ago in high school on an NCSY summer program. I've since heard it (or hummed it) on rare occasions, but I've never thought to look it up. It is a Shlomo Carlebach song, which should be easy enough to look up, but the problem is that I never properly learned it, so I don't actually know the words or where it's from. It starts out, "Lulei Sorascha (Without Your Torah)," then the next words are unclear to me, then it continues, "Az Avadeti MeOni," which could be a few different combinations of words, depending on the spelling. I also feel that I must have encountered this verse in Tehillim (which I believe is where it comes from), but I was either not thinking about the song whenever I have said this, or else it just didn't stick with me. In any case, I just can't remember or figure out for sure where it is from or what the words are. Surely someone here can help me out. Please?
