Chazal tell us (need help with the source) that at least 3 people died "b'neshika" with a 'kiss' from God, Moshe, Aron and Miriam. (Rashi on Bamidbar [20:1][1], [33:38][2]; [Devarim 34:5][3])

 1. What is exactly does this mean? I assume it isn't just a euphemism for a painless death
 2. Were there others who also "merited" this?
