Why some names are preceded with את and some not?

Notably, the names preceded with את are the ones borne from Zilpah’s first child until they left Lavan, with the exception of Yissachar.

Also notably, no shevet that says על כן קראה שמו has את in it, this may hint to something

It seems that in cases, where the naming does not have את, the mother is giving the name based on her own feelings without thinking about other members of the Jewish nation. In cases that have את, we have the opposite:

  1. Regarding Gad and Asher, Ramban on Bereshit 30:9 says that it's not common for women to bring more wives to their husband, rather Leah acted upon a prophecy that Yaakov was supposed to have 12 sons. Leah saw that she was no longer getting pregnant and wanted that Yaakov have more children.
  2. Regarding Zevulun, Bereshit 30:20, Leah aknowledged that G-d rewarded her with 6 sons, i.e. she also thought about her other 5 children.
  3. Regarding Dina, Rashi on Bereshit 30:21 brings gemara Brachos 60 that Leah realized that if she gives birth to a boy, then her sister Rachel will only be able to have 1 son, less than the number of children for Bilha or Zilpa. Therefore, she prayed that she should give birth to a girl, so that Rachel could give birth to 2 sons.
  4. Regarding Yosef, Bereshit 30:24, Rachel prayed that G-d should give her a second son.

Perhaps, we should view the extra word את as abbreviation אור תורה badge.

Sefer Rokeach says that the ones with את added, each had a twin sister. I can not find link to Rokeach, but this link brings the point at the beginning of page 10 https://forum.otzar.org/download/file.php?id=80446&sid=58ea389fe0fe2e79c2504ef5ee8c92a4

I don't see (a) any reference to Sefer Rokeach, on page 10 of the document you linked, nor (b) any mention that [only] the ones with את added had a twin sister. If you can't quote (i.e. bring the words of) the Sefer Rokeach itself, at least quote, from the document you linked, the part that says that [only] the ones with את added had a twin sister, and attributes it to Sefer Rokeach.
