I see that in Judaism the body of someone who died on shabbat is kept until shabbat is over and only then buried. However, in some community where a gentile overrules and enforces the community law and order, he's established the timing of burial according to two rules:
- If someone died before noon, the body is buried on the same day.
- If someone died after noon, the body is kept overnight.
And night burial is prohibited.
So suppose a Jew (G-d forbid) died on Friday afternoon, and another died on shabbat morning, both of whom are to buried on shabbat. How do we take it in Judaism: does this transgress or will it affect the deceased's spiritual life?
