Can anyone give me a list of sefardi rabbanim who said there is a pronunciation difference between the kamatz and patach?

Iraqi and Temani Jews (at least) pronounce kamatz more like an Israeli/Western Sephardi cholam, at least when reading Torah and Haftarah. – Noach MiFrankfurt Apr 7 '14 at 23:39
