It is out of print and Lehmann's (the UK's main sefarim distributor) doesn't have it and can't get hold of it. I don't mind if I have to buy the whole set, but one way or another I would like to own a physical copy of volume 7

Does anyone know where I can buy it?

I don't know if you are looking specifically for a UK source? But it is definitely purchasable in Israel.

For example this site here and here has all 10 chalokim.

It would also seem to be purchasable in the US as well - see here and here to name a couple.

If you are looking for UK sources alone - I would try the following:

  1. Contact Lehmann's and place an order - they receive regular shipments from Israel and so you can ask them if they can source it for you.
  2. Contact other seforim stores e.g. Torah Treasures, Aisenthal's, Chaim's bookstore etc.
