If I live in Tel Aviv and fulfill my obligations on Purim, then I move to Jerusalem on Purim afternoon, do I have a new set of obligations that evening/next day (2 megillah readings, se'udah, matanos l'evyonim and mishlo'ach manos) or have I fulfilled them already and don't need to refill them the next day?
