The standard understanding is that Bnei Israel were 210 years in Egypt, and the 430 years that the Torah speaks of (chemot 12:40):

that is:

The length of time that the Israelites lived in Egypt was four hundred and thirty years;

is understood as:

WHO ABODE IN EGYPT after the other settlements (i. e. including those also) which they had made as strangers in a land that was not theirs (cf. Mekhilta d'Rabbi Yishmael 12:40).

So my question is: do some mefarchim (tanaim/richonim/acharonim) explain that Bnei Israel were really 430 years in Egypt?
