According to hebcal.com, there is a parshat calendar for Israel, and a seperate one for Dispora. What is the difference and why are their two?

When the second day of a diaspora-2-day yom tov is on Saturday, the Shabbat reading is replaced by the holiday reading, so the standard reading is pushed off a week. The day, though, is a regular Shabbat so they end up a week ahead. The question Meir points to refers to the reconciling of this by using double-parsha readings. – rosends Mar 11 at 22:01
