Although I know the story with Rav Meir in the Yerushalmi Sotah (5a), apparently there is a similar story in a Midrash where a husband told his wife to spit in the Kohen Gadol's eye. When Aharon HaKohen heard about the wife's dilemma, he asked the woman to spit in his eye to alleviate a discomfort. Where is the source of this Midrash (or anything similar)?
