I doubt that that's true: I suspect that it's close to 100% of both groups (depending on how you define membership in the group). Or do you mean that a higher percentage of people keeping the custom are Lubavitchers than (e.g.) Bobovers? I don't know relative populations of such groups, but at the very least I'm pretty sure Lubavitchers don't account for a majority of those who have this custom. | |
