from what I know, God Created all things, which would mean that he could destroy all things. but I have never seen anywhere that God Created himself.

in the book of Revelations somewhere it says that God is, was, and always will be. again I cannot remember the exact location. ( I only added this because it seems to be Central to the topic at hand and that most people of the world believe that is True of God )
