Chapter 4, verse 20 was certainly not fulfilled with the building of the bayit sheini, because it is referring to an eternal (le'olam) inhabitation of Jerusalem. The second temple period did not accomplish that, since it ended and there was another destruction of jerusalem and exile from the land. | |
