Is a child born to a kidnapper also considered kidnapped? Why would you want to say that? There is no evidence he is holding the child against his/her will. |

Did Chava tell Adam she was giving him fruit from the etz ha'das? @msh210 I always thought that was the point of content between them, like nikmasi wrote. |

Why did it take so long to conquer and divide the land? Would you think it would be better to split this into 2 questions - one for conquest and one for division?? |

Why did it take so long to conquer and divide the land? +1, this is a great association, I appreciate it. But it's still not clear what were they doing for so long, if they defeated everyone in the first year. |

Is Niddah considered to be gilui arayos for purposes of martyrdom? @DoubleAA I haven't learned it in a while, but I do remember learning that it was his opinion at some point in the past. |

Is Niddah considered to be gilui arayos for purposes of martyrdom? There is a notable difference to usual giluim arayos - the children produced from such unions are mamzerim, but for niddah it's a dispute between R' Akiva (who says the child is a mamzer) and the Chachomim (who say he is not), and we paskin like the chachomim. |

Cooking Parve food but with mixed utensils how much time passed since the pot was last used? Is there 60 times more food than the surface volume of the spatula, immersed in it? |

Is there any evidence that Rabbi Akiva's students fought alongside Bar Kochba? It was also my impression that we generally agre he was killed around 138 CE (end of the revolt), whihc puts his birth at 18 CE, and thus he was about 60 when the Second Temple was destroyed. |
