comment Tosafot Peirush
Though not close to complete, tosfosinenglish.com does cover some of the more common sugyos from mesechtos that are learned in Yeshivos. There's a physical edition, though I don't think many stores carry it. See also this question: judaism.stackexchange.com/questions/40323/…

comment SE Challenge: Halachot in which rulings range from permissible to Torah violation?
@Fred, If you visit the answer I linked, you will notice that R' Moshe did in fact write a later responsum (in 1981) reiterating that position. Additionally, I'm not sure how you went from "not ... forbidden [i.e., permitted] ... but not recommended" -- a distinction without a difference from what I wrote -- to "this is so bad I've got to downvote".

comment On what authority do Lubavitchers not skip when late to shacharis?
Also, though not a Lubavitch source, see Note 11 to this page: "... Nonetheless, there are those who advise reciting all of davening in order (Sha’arei Teshuvah 52:1 in the name of Yosef Ometz). It is reported that many great people acted in such a manner (Kaf Hachaim 52:2). ..."

Hi EliyahuBenYosef, welcome to Mi Yodeya! If you could specify which letter you are referring to, or even better - link to it, that would greatly improve your answer. As it is, it's not very useful. I hope to see you around the site!

comment Can you rip non-perforated materials on shabbat and yom tov?
@DoubleAA Thanks! I still lurk very often, just haven't managed to spend time contributing. OT, but I just Googled Tikkun Maneh to see if there was a good page to link to, and discovered that not only isn't there, but that my three year old comment is the third result. Weird.
