Onah and Sukkos? technically, one can fulfill the mitzvah of onah in the sukkah, but the sifsei kohen on chumash says based on kabbalah that one should not engage in relations in the sukkah. also, some people hold based on kabalah that women are not supposed to enter a sukkah (see divrei yatziv). |

Why do some Jews get married at night? Also, there are some groups of Yerushalmis that ONLY get married during the day, not at night. |

who is liable in kol isha and tzneiz situations? I hear why it sounds like that it what I meant. I simply meant to prove that just as in regard to all illicit sexual relations both the man and woman are to be held liable for sinning, the same is true in regard to these examples of listening to a woman's singing and looking at a woman not properly dressed. |

How did a virgin decide upon her marriage in Israel 2000 years ago? Not true, if she was betrothed by her father she can never reject the marriage. However, if she was betrothed by her mother or brother (in lieu of her father e.g. if her father died) then she can reject the marriage when she comes of age (as long as she did not engage in relations with her husband after she came of age). |
