comment Why was it so important for Hashem to create the 'mouth' of the ass
What is the great lesson seems either too broad or primarily opinion based. I think that a simple "Why" would be a much better question

@Yehoshua Who says that they know it better? It's true that I'm not a big fan of modern Iyun, but to say that someone spends 30 years learning Bava Kamma with all its Meforshim and Meforshei Meforshim (which could easily take that long) as "Bittul Torah" is quite harsh

comment Mesorah of the Lubavitcher Rebbe
I don't think the Rebbe considered himself a Brisker. Maybe the style of Nigla, but not in Hashkafa or Halacha.

@msh210 if you're not bothering people I don't see how it could be a chilul Hashem, though it kind of defeats the question

If Hilchasa KeBasra then the Gaonim/Rishonim/Acharonim should be able to argue on the Gemara and win

According to him, our gemara told us we were bound to it and it was written accordingly in a way to be binding. Yes. If one is bound to the Gemara one has to follow it. But if we're not bound to the Gemara we're not bound to it's teaching that we're bound to it.

Mekabel Alai a Dayan could be seen as a kinyan, I'm meshabed myself to pay what he determines that I have to. I can even do it to three shepherds.

Kim Li is usually used LeKulla, in context of a din torah one says back Kim Li like the Deah that I'm patur. In other words, it's a safek and Hamotzei MeChaveiro Alav Haraia that the Halacha follows the posek that I'm chayav to pay.

Unfortunately, the bigger problem is arguing with a Rov in Metzius questions (You wrote that most people in some foreign country do A when I live there and I've never seen them do that).

I mean, look at Shaalas U'Teshuvos. There are sources and reasoning going back and forth. Many of these were written in the past 100 years, so even now there are Rabbonim who paskin based on give and take.

@user3548935 If I'll come to a Rov and tell him why I think the Mishna Brura is wrong, I'll (rightly) be laughed out of the room. If my Rov says something in Shiur and I'll ask him for a source, and he'll say "It's a clear Shulchan Aruch" and I'll show him how he's wrong, he'll admit his mistake.

@HaLeiVi Rabba and Rava argue at times (beginning of Gittin, second perek of Eiruvin)
