The edit seems like a rant which has nothing to do with the question. The question was if Chareidi institutions would approve of an Otzar HaChochma/Hebrewbooks hard drive. You answer that Chareidim don't want to learn certain seforim. Good. Don't learn them. What would be more dangerous about a searchable Gemara more than a hard-copy? I understand if Hebrewbooks had intentional kefira, but they don't and they try vetting it. See how the seforim blog takes them out for it.
