If it's your minhag to daven Hanetz, do you do so even without a minyan? Hanetz = Sunrise. Sunrise, by definition, can't happen 3 hours into the day :) Sof Zman Krias Shema happens 3 hours after hanetz. I think we're talking about different things here. |

By extension, both the Litvish/yeshivish leaders as well as the "founder" of Chassidus held by the Zohar and by kabbalah. Nachmanides and many other rishonim did as well. |
