I mostly work with Novell/NetIQ Identity Manager, an XML based product that use XSLT, XPATH, and DirXML Script (its own XML based language).

I have written a book on the topic of the DirXML Script language.

comment Why is it ok to use tap water/toilets on Shabbos? Considering the source of the water pressure
I get your point, but I suppose it is a question of how 'disconnected' does it have to be, before it stops being a concern?

@msh210: I thought I did. When you use water, something has to compensate. Since water systems around the world differ (Gravity fed due to mountain based sources, vs water towers (Pumps) vs dams, vs simple pumping stations something is happening because you used the water.

Does that assume that there are enough people that the system needing more water is pretty much constant and always running? Like I have heard for people in large Manhattan apartment buildings being ok using the hot water on Shabbos?

comment Zecher L'Churban - Why a plate at Tenayim and a glass at the Chupah?
Just before the chupah, the chasan has some ashes on his forehead to remember the Bais Hamikdash.

comment Etymology/connection between Ari, Aryeh, Yehudah, Leib, and Leibel
@msh210 My wife writes Yiddish in English and it looks so weird. Though I have a terrible time reading it in Hebrew. Too many Vov's.
