comment Is autocannibalism halachically prohibited?
So, if I understand correctly, sucking directly from the wound or biting directly off of a scab is ok, but consuming blood or scab bits from a finger that picked it would not be allowed?

comment Why does evil exist?
@Adam The Tanakh seems to make very clear the distinction between a righteous man and a wicked (i.e. evil) man, righteous things and wicked things. That evil, or wickedness, is what I am asking about.

comment What evidence is required to indicate mamzer status?
@Seth To me, it feels like that rationale is based on wanting to do away with the mamzer status and capital punishment entirely. If they are mandated by the Torah, why is it okay to try to completely avoid them?

comment Relationship between Samekh and Sin
@Alex No, Dave more acurrately describes what a lateral fricative (ɬ) sounds like. What you describe is actually a lateral affricate (tɬ).

To me, this answer seems more suited for the meta-discussion question than this question.

So is the same true for gummy worms and gummy bears?
