Is autocannibalism halachically prohibited? So, if I understand correctly, sucking directly from the wound or biting directly off of a scab is ok, but consuming blood or scab bits from a finger that picked it would not be allowed? |

Why does evil exist? @Adam The Tanakh seems to make very clear the distinction between a righteous man and a wicked (i.e. evil) man, righteous things and wicked things. That evil, or wickedness, is what I am asking about. |

What evidence is required to indicate mamzer status? @Seth To me, it feels like that rationale is based on wanting to do away with the mamzer status and capital punishment entirely. If they are mandated by the Torah, why is it okay to try to completely avoid them? |
