What I am saying is that clearly the Radak didn't hold that every kri ksiv came about as a result of confusion after the Babylonian exile. There are even kri ksiv's in Ezra. Do you think the Radak held that Ezra was unsure what he himself wrote? Obviously, some kri ksiv's have an inherent deeper meaning. That is what my comment meant. For if they didn't, how could Radak say a pshat for both the kri and ksiv?
