comment eating before kiddush
@ana again, on weekdays you can eat whenever you feel like, don't worry, when there's a public fast you only need to refrain from eating when the fast starts, not before. it is considered night until alot ashahar. do you really need to eat that early?

@doubleaa women doesn't have the obligation to do shaharit. women need to do only one prayer a day, not necessarily shaharit, you can do only minha for example, or both

comment Sephardi Halakha
Rav ovadia says many times safek berachot leakel even against maran. Some customs that the rama brings are not opposed even by rav Ovadia. I still need to find a sepharadic posek that goes against kimha de pisha

Today a friend of mine said he heard that the rav ovadia hazar bo on this issue, he heard from another friend in the name of rav david, I still need to find out if this is true or not. If someone heard of this and could confirm or deny would be great

that may be on the specific case of the boy, there are some exceptions, for example if your parents don't light candles

comment Why do siddurim and Shulchan Oruch OC start with Shacharis?
the questions still stands, why is this considered the order of the day, since the day actually starts at night, the actual order is arvit first

usually sidurim starts with mode ani, and not shaharit, but the question is still valid

comment Is there a Kabbalistic source for not walking with one's hands behind one's back?
the ben ish hai was mentioned since it is a easier access book than rabenu ari writings, which people don't have at home so easily as the ben ish hai, in any case this is not his hidush he brings sources to ari.
