comment Somebody named “Cohen” who is not a kohen: should he change his name?
I once heard that the name Khan originates from people whose name were Cohen but were not Cohanim (although I know of at least one person named Khan who is a Cohen)

comment Is it permitted for a male to have a female therapist?
I have never heard of "There is a general rule that professionals are occupied with their profession." but I do know that there is a concept that if the Doctor fears that his/her livelihood would be affected by any misconduct than that is a heter.

comment Drinking Havdalah Wine during the 9 Days
I imagine that even those poskim who hold a child should drink the havdala wine or it should be made on chamar medina agree that by a siyum the "mesayem" can drink wine so this way he complies with all the shitos. Again even my friend will concede that it's a extreme personal chumra and not halacha.
