comment Where does the tune for birkat hamazon come from?
Just to avoid a misconception - the tune of Hava Nagila is a chassidic melody (still song in skver i have heard) and the words were added much later. learn more about the song here myjewishlearning.com/culture/2/Music/Israeli_Music/Folk_Music/…

@Scimonster perhaps if the question was focused on particular phrases then the MY community could find alternative explanations that demonstrate that those references have a deeper meaning other than the literal thus even a person who person who does not yet kids or for that matter single girls/boys sharing a shabbos or a husband spending the first shabbos with his wife could still say Aishes Chayal

I think the question would be improved if you could point out those passages that may be inappropriate for a woman who has no children.

comment Maharal a Mashal to the female Jewish spouse
@YEZ the OP didn't seem to clear on what exactly he heard. However the idea of one effecting the other reminded me of the concept of Chomer/Tzura that is so prevalent in the Maharal's works. If the OP comes back and says that that's not it or provides more details we will try again

comment If someone didn't appease their fellow, what do they say in Ashamnu?
@YEZ The Rambam in Hilchos Tsuvah 1:4 talks about different stages of atonement. So maybe the ben asom l'makom aspect is accepted but he will never achieve full atonement until he asks forgiveness from the victim. In short you need both and one does not stop the other. Imagine a guy who has a moment of deep regret on Yom Kippur and says "as soon as YK is over I am going to call X and ask forgiveness for wronging him" would it be wrong from him to say the Ashamnu ? - Still guessing

comment How was Tevilas Ezra effective in limiting conjugal relations?
I think it was practiced before the times of the Baal Shem Tov but what the Baal Shem Tov added was making it not only a critical part of ones daily service but also encouraging even simple people to take on the practice.

there might be a ben adam l'makom aspect there in addition to the ben adam l'chvero . just a guess.
