comment Why didn't the Israelites build Yechezkel's temple when they returned from exile?
Emet v'Shalom: I'm not aware of any explicit prophecy to that effect, but as I wrote earlier, it is clear from Sefer Ezra & Nechemia that the people's behaviour had not improved. They had married out and did not know many basic Jewish concepts. Hardly a situation which would make Hashem happy with us

Double AA: The Aron is, as far as I know, not discussed in Yechezkel. In the first BH the Aron was present. It was hidden before the destruction, and it is slated to be found and back in position in the future BH. It was absent during the second BH.

comment Why blessings on Mt. Gerizim and curses on Mt. Ebal?
As I wrote the above I remembered that there is a Sefer which condenses the sefer Niflaos Mitoras HaShem Yisborach. The relevant passage can be found here: beta.hebrewbooks.org/…

He tackles that as well. He actually works out very ingeniously that it is clear from Psukim that at the time of King Assa a large part of Efrayim, Menashe & Shimon returned to Malchus Jehuda (See Divrei Hayamim II 15). He also suggests that possibly a large part of Yissachar, the tribe known for being Talmidei Chachomim, also joined (this is admittedly pure conjecture). If so, it was exactly those 6 tribes which stood on Har Gerizim!

comment Does a finding of Jewish blood in a DNA test make one Jewish?
Many Dutch Jews came from Spain & Portugal during and after the inquisition and are therefore of Sephardi descent

comment Riches found in a purchased item. Return or keep it?
Besides that, the former owner who had known initially where the money was hidden but subsequently forgot, might well have remembered it again at some future time. Knowing who the new owner was could easily have caused a Chilul H' if it wasn't returned.

The source of non-jealousy by angels is probably the nusach of "venosnim BE'AHAVOH reshus zeh lozeh lehakdish etc"
