comment Doesn't Yaakov have רוח הקודש

Regarding point 2 & 3 - some Rabbis will require Giyur Lchumra, which means conversion is required, however the person will remain a Mamzer. I am talking where it can be clearly established whether the boy is Jewish or not.

comment Is Jerusalem worth fighting and dying for in the context of Jewish law?
I am a bit perplexed by this question. Any war always includes a risk of death. Based on your assertion no war should ever be allowed in Jewish law. Yet we see that many wars have been fought by Torah leaders including King David, Yehoshua, amongst others.

comment What was the ריב"א thinking?
I think that is why the Radbaz says that "perhaps", as even he finds it difficult to accept this as a reason for doing this.

comment Where did Yitzchok pull out the blessing for Eisav from?
I saw this answer originally in a Likut Sefer in Shul. When I put it on I found the Chanukas Hatorah which seemed to be saying this. I agree it is not clear and I will put in the original source when I find it.

comment Where did Yitzchok pull out the blessing for Eisav from?
The answer is that at first Yitzchak did not think of this, but then when Eisav cried he thought of this which was not available until later.

@dotancohen: If the terrorist is being pulled out alive then there is no issue with destroying their home.
