comment Does the chametz sales contract need to be enforceable under secular law?
@loewian: You can speak for yourself. I for one, and those I associate with, would not call the police if the non Jew showed up and wanted his Chametz. I would gladly let him take what is his and he would be required to pay me its full value.

comment Simchas Torah dancing prior to finishing the Torah
@DoubleAA: Perhaps there is another reason that we do Hakafos on Simchas Torah. I for one never heard another reason.

comment Simchas Torah dancing prior to finishing the Torah
@DanF: I have never seen that done. It would be interesting to know if that is their reason, or if it is done for other reasons, such as better timing for wife and kids to come, etc.

comment Why are there different intro. prayers for calling the Kohen aliyah on Shabbat vs. weekday?
As per the answer here it seems like the Brachos of the Haftora preceded the the prayer said, calling up the Kohain. Thus the one who created this prayer did not see a need to say the verse ותגלה ותראה עלינו בזמן קרוב on a day when we have a Haftora.

How do you know that it is unusual? Perhaps it is pretty usual. Can you elaborate with an example?

Wow. Then he must have a massive BMI. I have no doubt that he was Kibitzing.

Did he eat it twice or only say it twice? Perhaps he was just a jolly fellow.

Egg Matza only has flour, eggs & apple cider. However regular cookies have sugar which causes the flour to rise in quicker than 18 minutes.

comment May a nutrition scientist perform research on chametz as part of his job on Hol Hamo'ed Pesach?
May a baker perform research on Chol Hamoed Pesach as to new recipes?
