comment How do you kasher your teeth?
@DanF: I have never heard that fluoride is Chametz. A quick look on the internet seems to say that fluoride is fine for Pesach. The only issue I saw was regarding using fluoridated water with Matza as it may make the dough rise quicker. Kosher L'Pesach toothpaste such as ADWE has fluoride in it.

comment Does anyone discuss the similarities between these?
You seem to be confusing the Mishna Berura. The Mishna Berura is based on the Shulchan Aruch Orach Chaim which was authored by Rabbi Yosef Karo.

comment Rav Moshe's Psak on Fertility Treatments
Rabbi Moshe Feinstein – wrote a responsa in which he allowed in principle the use of donor sperm. He emphasized that he is discouraging this in practice, but if a woman is suffering greatly from not being able to bear a biological child and the husband agrees, they may use a donor as long as he is not Jewish. rabbiulman.wordpress.com/2013/01/13/kosher-ivf

comment Rav Moshe's Psak on Fertility Treatments
If Rabbi David Feinstein said as the publication claims he did, then he would know more about the story. If he did not then the publication just made it up.

He does not indicate that he knows. So I doubt anyone knows.

comment How to determine that someone is a גוסס?
Correct. My answer is that Rabbi Feinstein says that doctors can not tell. Thus how can anyone tell you?

comment Why is it called “Kiddush Lavana”
@DanF: I do not always have the time to extract and post the complete answer. If I posted only the link as an answer it would be rightly lambasted as an inadequate answer per MiYodeya rules. When I post a link without an answer I have no issue with someone else who has time going ahead and extrapolating and posting an answer from the link. If at a later time no one answered based on my link or from their own sources I may go ahead and post an answer from there.
