Answering Atheist about Torah miracles @DoubleAA Yes, Feynman is not talking about evolution. my point is that all motion. even the smallest atom and all the more so, larger phenomena which is the sum of the small motions and their interactions takes an infinite amount of computations to resolve. This should raise some eyebrows among scientists as it did with Richard Feynman, since it implies an infinite character to the nature of reality. Why did God reveal himself only before there were recording devices? @DoubleAA the point is all public miracles God does only if there is a great necessity. perhaps the necessity here was that Yehoshua was going to divide the land of Israel for the tribes therefore there had to be no doubt that God was behind him. I'll leave it up to you. sometimes, God will do for a single person like saving Avraham from Ur Kasdim because of the simple necessity to keep him alive. |
