What is the Reconstructionist theology notion of G-d? Would you recommend any of these personally? Is it good to start from Mordecai Kaplan or has the movement changed too significantly since his writings? |

Does Jewish mysticism involve “feeling” G-d? Thank you for pointing that out. |

Jewish concept of angels @Yishai There are such verses in Tanakh that could leave you with impression that belief of them having a free will is at least one of the options. Demonic possessions were also a part of folk belief once. I was curious if there was a theological dispute on the topic, even if it indeed is a less likely interpretation. |

Jewish concept of angels @CharlesKoppelman If you do not take some of the Job sentences as a metaphor, you could get an image that the adversary does operate as a agent possessing free will. |

Does Jewish mysticism involve “feeling” G-d? @Yishai There was definitely such an influence, especially in renewal movements of the Catholic Church. However, my question was more like that I was surprised to hear that some Jews also hold such a position, which in turn triggered me to ask the question if it really is the case. |
