comment May a male use a female for massage or vice versa?
This answer would be improved if it cited some sources to back up any of the claims made.

comment Where does Kugelach come from?
kugel means small round thing (see en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kugel#Etymology). Coincidentally, I have heard this is also related to the slur, kike - illiterate Christian folk signed papers with crosses. Jews used a circle instead. Ellis Island yadda yadda yadda... "kugel" => "kigel" => "kike."

comment May we violate Shabbos to administer morphine?
but... usually it's not a separate injection. Your arm's usually already tapped and morphine is just added to the saline or whatever else is going through you.

@user6591 a) What is the source for that? I mean, I agree with it but I just want to know the rabbinical source. b) I wouldn't assume that this is personal.

comment Why do Beit Shammai and Beit Hillel always argue?
In part, they represented different class interests - Hillel representing the poorer and Shammai the wealthier.

comment Can an ex-employee steal customers?
This is pretty common practice in the realms of consulting, accounting, law, agency... really any professional service. Perhaps try looking into responsa to practitioners of these fields for guidance.

comment Can an ex-employee steal customers?
This is a very different case! In the OP's case, these are clients that Shimon put effort into acquiring and has a relationship with. In the cited case, these are clients that Shimon effectively gets his pal Yitzhak to perform corporate espionage.
