Consider Passover. From a logical point of view would it make sense for him to celebrate it? NO, Passover celebrates an event that had yet to happen. (true, there are midroshim that say he did but medroshim stem from tradition, not logic) Judaism is a buildup, and avrohom was the foundation. |
