Wouldn't it be cool if a Jewish website opened up that only allowed questions that Chareidim feel comfortable talking about in public?

comment What foods are considered Mitztamek Veyafe lo?
@DoubleAA definitely not. Tosafos in Shabbos 38 is very clear that whether something is or is not mitztamek veyafe lo is not dependent on how cooked it is. He says that water even when not cooked at all because after it is fully cooked is not mitztamek veyafe lo, it has a Din of Eino mitztamek veyafe lo. Mmitztamek veyafe lo depends on whether the food improves after the fully cooked stage!

@sethj one may kill a roidef if there is legitimate reason to suspect a chance of danger. Once he has din Roidef he may be killed. whats so hard to understand?

@jake oh, didnt see that. Its definitely on purpose, without a doubt. I was taught that the earlier Chassidishe Gedolim set it up that way. Still looking for a source thought!

comment Chassidic Rebbes don't use Hebrew Grammar?
@DoubleAA trying to, for your bracketed request I believe Reb Moshe Feinstein says that any pronounciation is good as long as a large enough sector of people speak it, i think that this would fit in.

@Dan I am asking the more basic question, but in the case of the Rambam he knows he is giving it to an Ani, just not whom. Therefore he gives it straight into the reshus of an Ani. Here however, it is just going into his Tzedaka pile and at the moment is in the Reshus of whom?
