What do you have to check for Shatnez? @RabbiMichaelTzadok I still understand, maybe you don't agree with HaRav Abadi in general but that Safek Sefeka seems legitimate to me. Please explain what's wrong with it. And IIRC Halacha Berura doesn't have that Siman. |

What do you have to check for Shatnez? @RabbiMichaelTzadok you obviously didn't read the post from Abadi because it's not Safek Deorayta Lekula. Secondly, there is still Safek in the poly suits- the same possibility that there is Shaatnez in the suit there is a Safek by the lining. Thirdly, HaRav Abadi has very Mekil Shitot when it's comes to Taref things being Batel that's why according to him you just need to check the label and see the main ingredients if they are kosher or not. I don't think it's fair to throw away any pesak by him because you don't agree with him somethings. He is a huge Talmid Hacham. |

What do you have to check for Shatnez? @RabbiMichaelTzadok "Kabel et Haemet MiMisheamara- accept the truth from the one who said it." He brings a valid Safek Sefeka regardless if you agree with his other Pesakim. Anyways, he is not a Daat Yahid as he has the Mishne Halachot as well on his side. |

Which Hasidic rabbi has no beard, and what is the story? To do deal with two of the flaws of this answer. The Hassidut that the Ramhal was discussing was not the Hassidut of the Baal Shem Tov (or even close). Second, since the Ramhal was a great Mekubal, it makes sense to assume that he held like the Zohar which is very strict about keeping a beard. |
