Neilas HaChag on a Yom Tov that ends on Friday
This year Simchas Torah comes out on Friday. It can also happen that Pesach or Shavuos finishes on Friday in Eretz Yisroel. Is there a Neilas HaChag if Yom Tov ends on Friday?
