Does the kallah trying on a wedding ring for size before the actual wedding cause a problem of her having taken possession of the ring before the wedding?

Is she trying to take possession of it before the wedding? –  Double AA Apr 5 '13 at 5:59

Does trying on clothing at a store force you to pay for the item? –  Double AA Apr 5 '13 at 6:03

I know intent to acquire is usually required for acquisition, but don't know where that rule is found. So I Googled kinyan kavvanah, only to be asked "Did you mean: kenyan savannah". –  msh210 Apr 5 '13 at 7:19

Even if she had intent to acquire it would not be enough unless the chasson also had intent to give it to her at that time. –  Ariel Apr 5 '13 at 19:45
