I know that usually, Yom Nicanor is displaced by the Fast of Esther. But in years (such as 2013 / 5773) when the Fast of Esther is displaced due to Shabbat, may Hallel be said on the 13th of Adar, Yom Nicanor (see the first item on the linked-to page)?

I, for one, have never heard of Yom Nicanor. This question could be improved with some reference to what it is, why someone might want to say Hallel on it, and why we normally don't. – Isaac Moses Feb 22 at 15:11

@IsaacMoses Yom Nikanor is a holiday in Megillat Taanit on 13 Adar. The strange part is I would have guessed that anyone who knew about Yom Nikanor would know how the Talmud concludes that Megillat Taanit is batel. The more interesting question IMO is did they say hallel on that day during the times of the Mikdash. – Double AA♦ Feb 22 at 15:44
