@avi I've seen sources for eating meals on Hanuka (I think Yalkut Yosef vol. 5 Siman Hilchot Hanuka – Hacham Gabriel Dec 21 '11 at 15:17

Mishna Berura 529 note 19 mentions in passing a requirement to eat meat and drink wine on Chanuka.
