A digital representation of Hashem's name, whether it is His unique name or others, does not constitute writing. Consequently there is no issue of erasing it.

There is no prohibition against bringing a digital representation of Hashem's name into a bathroom per se, but to have it displayed visual would not be respectable (similarly to the way we do not wear a talis gadol into a beis kisei even though technically it is permitted). Furthermore we are not supposed to think about holy matters in the bathroom (excluding halachos relevant to our conduct there) so it would not be appropriate to display such material in such a location.

I agree with your reasoning, but you should add that the problem with wearing the Tallis Gadol into the Beis Hakisei is that it is a garment set aside particularly for Tefillah. – Yahu Apr 27 '10 at 0:38
